Santa baby…put a present under the tree…for ME (not the dang kids or my father-in-law or…)

Let’s be real. We all laughed at the SNL skit about “I got a robe” but in that “laugh so you don’t cry just on the verge of sanity” kinda way. Maybe Santa knows exactly what you hope and dream of…maybe he’s taken inventory of your house and craftroom/closet/box/garage and has some thoughts on how to take your hobbies to the next level…. yeah, no. He does not. Or she. Or whoever plays Santa for you or you need to buy yourself a present from them for. But you’re secretly worried you might ask for a robe because you spend so much time thinking about gifts for everyone else you legit aren’t sure what is fun enough to count as a gift that you wouldn’t typically just buy for yourself.

Fear not… I have some ideas. They’re not grouped, carefully curated ideas in a particular order because they’re literally pulled from my Amazon cart where I put things to lust after them. I did manage to at least separate the craft stuff into a separate list, feel free to be impressed. Plus, if you’re here you already know this isn’t going to be succinct so just lean in and enjoy it. Worse comes to worse it’s an enjoyable scroll through lots of pretty things from all kinds of satisfying price points. They are affiliate links, which help me to convince hubs that this might eventually pay for some craft supplies. Also, the descriptions are under each item which I note because I spend an inordinate amount of time on these lists thinking the description is in the wrong place. I’m not here to make you feel dumb.

Whatever gifts this season brings, may your days be merry and bright, and full of laughs.

How great is this tray? With stick on wallpaper or decoupaged or painted…endless possibilities.

If you don’t have satin pillowcases you are MISSING OUT. Allegedly they’re great for hair, skin, etc…I have no idea. I just think they feel cool and smooth and wonderful and have converted many people I know to the delight. Trust me, I will not steer you wrong here.

These are super cool…the glass is infused with metal to make them super strong but hard to break. I got the coupes for Christmas last year and I’m fascinated.

It’s pretty, do we need another reason?

I’m a sucker for a cute tray, and this one has ruffles and bows…

It’s gold bamboo. There’s no reasoning or commentary required.

How stinking cute are these?!? and they’re melamine so hard to break! (noticing a theme? my people and I are clumsy)

Wow, there’s mayonaise on a treat list? Trust me here, it’s delish nom nom nom Japanese mayo and if you or someone on your list is a foodie or loves mayo it’s totally worth it.

It has a lion so I’m in. Two on the porch would look sooooo good.

My lemon and lime each live in one of these. I tried to think I was too cool for the plastic ones and got wood one year and it fell apart. The plastic ones are still kicking and look perfect after four years so learn from my mistake.

My dependent creatures are human but if yours are pups this is pretty dang furbulous. (See what I did there?)

Ok, it’s a little weird for a gift list but stay with me. Each of the clear plastic bins has a hinged lid that snaps shut and comes completely out - weirdly hard to find since many of this style has drawers that don’t pull out. Great for crafts and separating supplies for projects but hear me out…we keep LEGOS in them and it’s the only thing that has contained the things. Sometimes you have to give yourself the gift of organization.

These are so cute! I haven’t seen them in real life but they are currently living in my cart so I’m sure I’ll crack at some point.

Classic and a great price.

Can you have too many picture frames? Never! this one seems both cute and sophisticated. I can’t explain it, I just feel it.

I may or may not have purchased this for myself from hubs. I’m super cheap and don’t pay for Schumacher fabrics or trims but I love cheerfully lust after everything and try to find dupes. Plus, you get one of three covers and I’m hoping for cheetah in coffee table book roulette.

Don’t you just love her? Totally ridiculous and whimsical…she’s on my wish list.

The fullest and cheapest tassels so you can tassel ALL THE THINGS.

I love me an enamel picture frame. And green. And bamboo. And gold.

I have these and love them. They’re super cute and versatile, especially in summer.

I’m not too proud to admit I’m on a fur kick, and burgandy is always my jam.

I love these! They are felt backed so they’re not great for every day with water spilling humans but they’re gorgeous in real life and are also neutral with lots of place settings.

I asked for this from hubs five years ago and it’s still one of my very favorites. It is gorgeous in real life.

I liked a cheese board before all the young whippersnappers got into charcuterie and this marble and gold one is *does the finger tip kiss thing*

I have the smooth marble version of this frame but absolutely love this one too.

I have a fabulous plain leather purse that I wanted to spice up a bit so I got this strap and clipped it on instead of the plain one and now I feel super schmancy.

I got these melamine plated the better part of a decade ago and they are my go to summer plate and great for when you have guests or a party or small humans and want to look fancy but unbreakable.

My favorite giant shell, I’ve sprayed and leafed several of them and also have one that I just left the heck alone.

the official light of the croffice (craft room/office) and also just fab

One of my roomies got this for me for Christmas a couple years ago and it’s my fav go to. I may be in jammies and weirdly formal shoes in car line but my coffee mug sure does look put together.

Super cute tortoise shell and you can get regular lenses or schmancy rainbow green/blue reflective ones.

GUYS THIS PITCHER IS ACRYLIC. I mean, I know you’re sensing a theme but I honestly didn’t know when I put it on my wish list years ago and then I got it and was floored. It’s the best.

I’m on a flower earring kick, these are big in the South and these look so thin and delicate.

simple, gold & bamboo. wouldn’t they be a cute stocking stuffer?

I love the silouhette of this so much I want it in my laundry room. Unfortunately, theres some concern that “we would all hit our heads multiple times a day in the laundry room” and I’m supposed to look for a flush mount. Counterpoint - I’m the only one ever in the laundry room and I can duck.

I adore thin hammered god wrapped jewels, and if they’re fake they’re even cheaper and thus I kinda like them more.

I saw a girl carrying this in the UPS store last year and had to ask where she got it. It’s the perfect size for a phone, slim wallet & keys and is a wristlet. What more could you want in a quick to grab bag?

Maybe you found something, maybe you really want a robe, maybe you just enjoyed the scroll and pretty things….it’s all good. Happy Holidays!
